Booking Conditions and Terms of Service

Strong Travel Inc., and



1. Your contractual agreement is with Strong Travel Inc.., and a Canadian Corporation registered in Montreal, Canada  and will only accept bookings subject to the following conditions,

2. Strong Travel Inc.; will make every reasonable effort to supply the services requested. However, it must be emphasized such services carry a possibility that accommodation, transport schedules etc., may be subject to changes beyond our control and can arise at short notice and accordingly, it is a condition of any booking with us that this is acknowledged.



3. When you make a booking you guarantee that you are over 18 years and have the authority to accept including on behalf of your party the terms of these conditions.

4. A contract will exist as soon as payment has been received and a confirmation invoice has been issued.

5. It is your responsibility to check the documentation carefully to confirm that it is materially the same as you requested.

6. This contract is made on the terms of these conditions which are governed by Canadian Law and the jurisdiction of the Canadian Courts.


Secure your Booking:

7. Booking a pre packaged tour will require payment in full at the time of booking

8. However the booking of a custom tour will require payment in full at the time of reception of the price quote from and our agents and employees

9. Any additional moneys paid by you is subject to the same cancellation conditions as the standard payment.

10. except in the case of a custom tour booking where a standard fee will be applied to any refund to cover fixed costs of custom tour arrangements

11. Clients making a booking by email and any and all alternative payment methods will be considered to have read the booking conditions.

12. Strong Travel Inc.., reserves the right to refuse any booking at their discretion, without providing a reason.
Payment for services:

13. Your payment will be charged to your credit card in canadian dollars

14. In the case of any immediate  change of plans within 24 hours of payment a reimbursement of payment and or voucher for future travel services can be issued minus any fees incurred by Strong Travel Inc.

15. Payments can be made by credit card. Payment is in canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. If payment is made by credit card then you may incur surcharges applied by your credit card company.the card company may charge you in the currency of your card this may result in a currency exchange rate charge. these charges are not the repsonsibility of Strong Travel Inc.

16. If your booking is made via our website, your card in the case of pre packaged tours will be debited immediately in the case of custom tours and related services your card will not be debited until all services have been confirmed . Your Card statement will show that money was paid to Strong Travel Inc. at the time of payment you will be issued an electronic document contained in the body of an email with a voucher for all services booked. the voucher must be printed and presented to any agent of Strong Travel Inc. and or at the specified time and date of the commencement of services failure to do so may result in the loss of booked services and forfeiture of payment.


Price for services:

17. The cost of services may be subject to surcharges on items such as: governmental action, currency fluctuation, and in the case of airport transfers airport taxes and changes in scheduled airfares.


If you change the Booking:

18. If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way after our confirmation invoice has been issued, for example, the departure date or accommodation, we will attempt to make these changes but it may not be possible. Any request must be confirmed in writing from the person who made the booking, whom will be required to pay a standard administration fee of $50.00 cdn. plus any additional cost we incur in making this change.

19. Please note: Specific travel arrangements, for example our airport transfers, or hotel room bookings, or car rentals,or custom and or pre packaged tours may not be changable after a booking and or reservation has been made. any such changes may incur an administrative charge of up to 100% of that component of the booking or reservation.

Force Majeure:

20. We will not be held liable or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual agreement is prohibited by Force Majeure. Force Majeure is when, an event occurs which we or our agents cannot foresee or avoid. Such situations may include war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and technical problems with transport.
cancellation policy

21. You or any other member of your party may cancel the arrangements at any time, only if written confirmation from the person who made the reservation is received by us.

22. As we will incur costs in cancelling the arrangements, a cancellation charge will be applicable to be paid by you as set out below. The charge will be calculated according to the date when we receive a written confirmation of the cancellation. The charges are based upon a part of the total cost of the holiday, as per our invoice excluding non-refundable car rentals and or hotel room bookings , air taxes and visas, as follows:

Number of Days Before Departure

Between 60 and 14 days

Standard fee of $50.00cdn. plus any supplementary costs incured during the arrangement and or cancellation of a custom booking or pre packaged tour.

Less than 14 days

23. If the cause for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you should be able to recover these charges. Strong Travel Inc. does not issue or supply any type of insurance.


If we change or cancel our services:

24. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your booked arrangements. However, we do reserve the right at any time to make these changes which may include pre packaged and custom tours, accommodation, car rental,  transport or services. These changes are usually insignificant (e.g. change of accommodation  etc ), but if not, we will advise you as soon as possible before your departure.

25. We also reserve the right in any situation to cancel some arrangements. For example, if the minimum number of customers required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached. Though, we will endeavor to inform you of any changes in advance to your departure date, except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the balance. If we are unable to provide you with the agreed package, you can either have a partial refund of money paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of similar standard from us; if available. We will reimburse any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value. both reimbursements and refunds are subject to administrative fees.

26. We are under no obligation to offer any compensation through issues which are out of our control.

Passports and Visas:

27. Passport, Visa and any other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. All passports should be valid for at least six months after the date of your return. We will provide advice in acquiring visas and permission to enter countries to the best of our knowledge but we cannot in any situation be held liable if you or members of your party are not granted a visa or are declined entry into any country. We will not accept any responsibility or reimburse any money in cases where you are unable to travel because of an invalid or misplaced visa or passport.


28. If you have a problem whilst you are abroad, please notify our local representative immediately who will endeavor to assist you to the best of our abilities. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 14 days of completion of our services, by writing to us. Please keep your letter brief and to the point, as this will assist us to identify your concerns and speed up our reply to you. If you do not follow this procedure, we will unable to look into and resolve your complaint, which may affect your rights under this contract.

29. It is highly recommended that you purchase adequate travel and medical insurance as soon as you have confirmed the booking. We do not sell or supply such insurance.



30. If the services are not properly carried out by us or our suppliers or agents or guides such that this has affected your enjoyment we will pay you suitable compensation. However, we will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to: you a member of your party; or a third party unrelated with the provision of the travel arrangements and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable; or due to unusual situations beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which we or our suppliers or agents or guides, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.

31. Our liability shall be limited to a maximum of the cost of services booked verified and payed in full with Strong Travel Inc. and its agents and subsidiarys. minus any fixed or supplementary costs incurred by Strong Travel Inc. its subsidiarys and agents.

32. Under international laws specific to your country of origin you may have rights in some circumstances to refunds and/or compensation from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. Therefore Strong Travel Inc.its agents and subsidiarys has no responsibilty in these matters resulting in  loss of services rendered.the responsibility rests wholly with the airline.

33. Please note that in cases of delays any compensation depends entirely up to the airline. Also reimbursement in such cases is the responsibility of the airline and will not automatically entitle you to a refund of your booked service cost from us.

34. If your airline does not comply with these rules you should complain to the requisite agency in your country of origin and not to Strong Travel Inc. its agents and subsidiarys.

35. Bedding arrangements (twin beds, double beds and the like) are requested to Hotels on your behalf, but can only be guaranteed by the Hotels themselves at the time of check in, depending on availability. We will not be liable if Hotels are unable to provide the specific arrangements requested

36. When booking budget Hotels, we recommend that you check dedicated websites for reports on standard of services and location to satisfy yourself with your choice. Budget Hotels are generally very basic and we will only book them for you if you ask for budget hotels. We, therefore, donít accept any liability for complaints regarding location or quality of their services if we were following your request, after having advised you that the facility of your choice was a budget Hotel

37. when booking airport transfers or transfers from any other location, resort or hotel in cuba we recommend that you specify size of group size type make and model of prefered vehicle to avoid any discrepancy or dis satisfaction in transport or transfer services. where customers lack knowledge of said specifications recommendations will be suggested as to appropriate transport, failure to comply with said recommendations resulting in dis satisfaction with the services rendered is wholly the responsibility of the customer and will not result in any compensation

38. when booking and or reserving and or driving rental cars in cuba, Strong Travel Inc. its agents, subsidiarys customers and all passengers in said vehicles whether they are Strong Travel Inc. customers or not are subject to cuban law and cuban regulations and must adhere to local laws and regulations governing the rental and operation of all vehicles in cuba.

39. the safety and reliability of any and all vehicles rented by Strong Travel Inc. or supplied to our customers is not the responsibility of Strong Travel Inc. its agents and subsidiarys.

40. Strong Travel Inc. is not responsible for any injury, accident or loss of life or ability to partake of booked services resulting from the rental of or operation of a rented vehicle in cuba. this includes vehicles with agents and or chauffeurs supplied by Strong Travel Inc.

41. Strong Travel Inc. its agents and subsidiarys has no responsibility if customers book or reserve or ride in a "custom" and or "antique" vehicle.

42. failure of the customer to comply with local law is not the responsibility of Strong Travel Inc its agents and subsidiarys.

43. Strong Travel Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Notice to travellers to Cuba

The Government of Cuba requires, that all foreign travellers and Cubans living abroad, reaching the island on or after 1st of May 2010 to have a medical insurance policy.
